Terms and Conditions:

• QUOTATIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

• Any variations to the scope of work quoted must be agreed in writing.

• All invoices are issued via email and must be paid within 7 days from the invoice date.

• Clixium reserves the right to pause or refuse work if there are invoices outstanding.

• The client provides credit card details for Google PPC and Facebook Ad campaigns.

• Adwords Campaign Management Optimisation and Reporting is invoiced at the end of the month.

• All other services are invoiced in advance, at the start of each month.

• All Prices exclude GST

NON-DISCLOSURE

• Neither Clixuim, nor the Client, will at any time during or after the term of any agreements between the parties, disclose any confidential information to a third party without prior written approval.

PRIVACY POLICY

• Clixium and any third party associates shall use information provided by the Client in relation

• to agreements between the parties in accordance with the relevant privacy laws.

PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT

• All pages, images, text and code on the Clixium web site is copyrighted material.

• Clients and any visitors to the Clixium website may not use any of content on their own web site or to create a web site or templates without prior written permission from Clixium. Without agreement, ownership of designs and all code is with the Developer. The Client agrees that Developer reserves the right to include any work done for the Client in a portfolio of work.

REFUNDS POLICY

• In the event an invoice is issued incorrectly, Clixium will adjust the discrepancy and issue a revised invoice within 7 days of notification of the discrepancy. A credit amount or an additional amount will be calculated for adjustment to the invoice total.

Our Refunds policy is covered above and we don’t sell goods so can’t see that our services require a Dispatch & Deliveries policy.
